Mackenzie is a graduate from SUNY Fredonia and obtained his B.M. Education Degree in 2020. He currently works at Liverpool Central School District as an orchestra and music theory teacher at Liverpool High School. Mackenzie is also the advisor for the pit orchestra program and Tri-M Music Honor Society for his school.
