Event Announcement South Hill Entertainment to host ‘Strong Bodies & Minds: An Athlete’s Journey with Mental Health’ South Hill Entertainment will be hosting ‘Strong Bodies & Minds: An Athlete’s Journey with Mental Health’ in Emerson Suites on Ithaca College’s campus on February 21, 2023 at 8 p.m. The event will include speakers Blaze Riorden, Katie Lever, Connor Buczek and moderated by Cornell University’s Director of Sports Leadership and Mental Conditioning, Greg Shelley. Expected attendance for the event is 250.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
