Eric Pearson spent a portion of the 2010 summer studying at the Mediterranean Guitar Festival in Cervo, Italy. With the assistance of a travel grant from the graduate studies program in music at Ithaca College, Eric had the opportunity to study with some of the world’s finest guitarists as well as attend masterclasses, lessons, workshops on classical guitar performance and scholarship. He also performed in the final festival participants' concert.
Before enrolling at Ithaca College to complete his masters degree, Eric taught public school and was the director of a community music program called The Infinity Performing Arts Program, Inc. He continues to utilize the skills gained at Ithaca College as he pursues a career of teaching and performing music.
