I attended Ithaca College for undergrad and am so excited to be back on this beautiful campus. I obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work from Binghamton University and have worked in inpatient hospital settings and as an outpatient therapist. I believe in a person centered and strengths based approach, recognizing the client is the expert of their own experience and at the helm of their growth. Trained as a generalist I look to use techniques from different theories to find the best fit for my client that allows them to discover their ability to make change and thrive in the life they wish to live.
In my free time I love spending time with my dog, going running or paddleboarding, reading, and painting.
