Petition and Complaint Processes for Staff

Supervisor: Employees are encouraged to discuss any work-related and/or peer engagement questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions with their supervisor/manager.

Formal Complaint Procedure: To initiate the Problem Review Procedure, employees are encouraged to submit a complaint statement, in writing, to their immediate supervisor and the Director of Employee Relations and Development within 30 days of the issue of complaint. ENI Employee Assistance Program: ENI is a third party that provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources for Ithaca College employees, including counseling services, child/elder care resources, and legal and financial consultations, among others.
