Supervisor: Employees are encouraged to discuss any work-related and/or peer engagement questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions with their supervisor/manager.

Formal Complaint Procedure: To initiate the Problem Review Procedure, employees are encouraged to submit a complaint statement, in writing, to their immediate supervisor and the Director of Employee Relations and Development within 30 days of the issue of complaint.
