Recommended Timeline

This recommended timeline is based on the full functionality of the IC HR Cloud system. We encourage employees and supervisors to complete associated tasks for the performance review process within the time frames outlined below.

03/25-04/12 Direct Reports Complete feedback on supervisor (optional)
  Employees Complete self-evaluation (required)
04/13-05/08 Supervisors Complete performance review document (required)
  Supervisors Release performance document to employee (required)
  Supervisors / Employees Conduct performance review meeting
05/08-05/10 Employees Provide final feedback and acknowledge the performance review (required)
