New Employee Onboarding Program
1. New Hire Online
You will have the opportunity to access and complete required forms and review college policies and benefits information prior to your first day at Ithaca College. This process also allows you to activate your Netpass, set up email and calendar accounts, sign up for a parking permit, complete I-9 and tax forms, upload a photo to obtain your College ID, and sign up for direct deposit.

2. New Employee Experience
You will participate in an onboarding experience that will provide information about the rich history of IC, tips on how to make the most of your employment experience, and suggested next steps for success. This experience in typically on the first day for staff and prior to the first day of the semester for faculty.
3. Additional Follow-Up
You will continue to receive useful information, via email, throughout your first year with Ithaca College. This will include information about IC events, benefit resources, training opportunities and more.
4. New Employee Tour
There's no better way to get to know your way around Ithaca College than in person! Explore your new community with a guided tour tailored for new faculty and staff. These tours are available every Tuesday at 11am from our Admission staff on the first level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center (PRWC). Clery Act Notification
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crimes Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal consumer protection law, enforced by the Department of Education’s Financial Aid Division. As required by the Clery Act, Ithaca College publishes and distributes the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report by October 1st of each year. The report includes crime statistics for three previous years, reporting procedures, and campus safety and security policies.
