LeadWell @ IC: Leadership Conference 2026

Theme: Dialogue in Leadership: Building Trust, Resilience, and Future-Ready Teams
January 7, 2026 | 8:00 a.m.–1:15 p.m. | Emerson Suites

Ithaca College will host the inaugural LeadWell @ IC: Leadership Conference, a half-day development experience designed for all supervisors across campus. The conference is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen leadership capacity and equip supervisors with the tools to guide their teams with confidence, resilience, and trust.

The event will feature a keynote presentation by Paula E.F. Younger, Executive Director for Government, Community, and Constituent Relations, titled Leadership in Motion: Pivoting with Purpose, Preparing with Intention, Leading with Perspective. Paula’s keynote will explore how supervisors can lead strategically and authentically amid ongoing change in higher education, setting the tone for a day focused on reflection, connection, and growth.

Following the keynote, attendees will select from three tracks of concurrent breakout sessions —Leading People, Navigating Change and Future Readiness, and Supervisor Essentials —facilitated by campus leaders including VPs, deans, directors, and executive directors. Sessions will focus on topics such as building trust, navigating change, emotional intelligence, leading multi-generational teams, leveraging technology, and fostering inclusive and resilient workplace cultures.

The LeadWell @ IC Conference underscores the college’s investment in its people and reinforces our belief that strong, connected leadership at every level is key to our success. Registration will be required, and participation by all supervisors is encouraged.
