AI Ready Campus

Ithaca College is participating in the AI Ready program offered by the The Council of Independent Colleges (CIC). This program is designed for faculty, staff, and administrators, to foster learning, share resources, and increase the effective adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across our campus.

About the AI Ready Program

The AI Ready program through CIC offers an All Campus Essentials initiative, which provides an opportunity to learn about and engage with nine key AI topics over 12 months. Each month participants will have access to three virtual sessions, supporting materials, use cases, and guided conversations to deepen their understanding and application of AI for each area of focus.

Virtual sessions for each topic are generally held on the first three Thursdays of the month from 2:00-3:00 pm ET. All sessions are optional and will be recorded for those registered.

  2. Admissions and Enrollment (September 2025)
  3. AI Pedagogy and AI in the Curriculum (October 2025)
  4. Retention and Student Success (November 2025)
  5. Administrative Use (January 2026)
  6. Hyper-Personalized Learning with AI (Faculty Focus) (February 2026)
  7. Student Affairs, Mental Health, and Career Services (March 2026)
  8. Communications and Advancement (April 2026)
  9. Academic Affairs, Data Management, and LMS Development (June 2026)

We invite all interested faculty, staff, and administrators to participate in this exciting program.

By signing up, you will be invited to join the Digital Champions Microsoft Team, where you will receive registration and meeting links for each virtual session, have access to supporting materials, and collaboration opportunities with campus partners. Each month, details will be shared through email to those who signed up, providing further information on each topic area.
