Attention students graduating in December 2019!

Contributed by Barbie A. Bargher on 12/04/19

If you are a student who has received subsidized, unsubsidized, or Graduate PLUS loans under the Direct Loan Program you must complete exit counseling.  Once you graduate, leave school, or drop below half-time enrollment, you are required by law to complete exit counseling.

What is exit counseling?

Exit counseling provides important information you’ll need as you prepare to repay your federal student loan(s). You’ll learn how to understand and repay your loans, how to avoid default, and how to make your finances a priority.

Questions? Stop by the informational session that will be held in Job 160:

December 12, 2019 12:15 pm-1 pm

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Barbie A. Bargher at bbargher@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3131. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
