“The bottom line is the contact with the children and to teach them something. It’s because they're so enthusiastic and so open and curious about life and, yeah, so pure—little children are very pure and they’re not embarassed when I do crazy things or I sing. They just sing with you and I like that very much. I also like to teach them things about the world from many different angles.”
“For example, we work with themes—so last summer we did a unit about water and we did a play [where they learned about] fish, about Biology, Art (…) It makes me happy to see them grow. So the connection for me with the children—that's the most important thing. And the gratitude from them and also from their parents, of course. Knowing that what I am doing is valuable.”
