IC's Eco Reps are a group of students employed by the Office of Energy Management & Sustainability. They are tasked with engaging the community in sustainability dialogue, hosting themed events, and serving as resources for new and lifestyle tips for the campus community.

Organic Gardening and Cooking Community
“The Organic Gardening & Cooking Community is designed for students who are interested in helping plant and harvest the rooftop community garden on Terrace 1 and cooking organic community meals together. The community emphasizes a deeper understanding of food sustainability and welcomes students to bring and share their passions around this topic.”

Stop Wasting Ithaca's Food Today (SWIFT)
Working closely with IC Dining Services and Tompkins County Food Distribution Network, SWIFT repackages food from the dining hall into individual meals and delivers the meals to local food pantries."
