I want to be a PA to be able to give back to the community I grew up in. I hope to be able to take my experiences growing up in a rural connected community and transfer that to practice. I chose the Ithaca College PA Program because of its close proximity to where I grew up. I was also drawn to IC's program because of the dedication to teaching and learning that the staff demonstrated. As a current PA student, I look forward to finding my calling within the profession and expanding my knowledge of medicine. In future practice I am most looking forward to forming close professional bonds with all of my patients.
