Bill Nelligan is a seasoned global executive with 25 years of experience in the information, technology, and services industry, and has led both mature and emerging markets in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia Pacific region, Africa, and Japan. Currently, Bill serves as president and CEO in the U.S. for International SOS Government Services and International SOS Assistance Inc. (ISOS), which is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ISOS is a leading provider of global mobility risk-management technology and solutions.

Prior to his role with ISOS, Bill was president and CEO for Symphony Health Solutions, and was senior vice president and president of the Americas region of IMS Health, where he also served as president, Asia region, and senior vice president, emerging markets, having had the opportunity to reside and work overseas.

Bill says his time at Ithaca College helped prepare him to tackle the world of business, and he sees his service on the board as a way to make sure the college continues to offer the one-of-a-kind experiences that help students succeed.

"Ithaca College gave me much more than an education," Bill says. "My professors and mentors, my friends, the opportunities I had to figure out who I was as a person, and my family, having met my wife [Ann Nelligan '86] at Ithaca—these things made a difference in my life. I'm happy to do whatever I can to help the college and its students."

Bill holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Ithaca College, and has remained connected with the School of Business by coming back to campus as a guest speaker and by mentoring many business students throughout the years.

Outside of his service to IC, Bill has participated on the CEO Council for Growth, supported the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and championed philanthropic efforts with the United Way and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Bill and Ann live in the Philadelphia area with their four children.
