Funding Sources for Student Organizations
Recognized student organizations with Ithaca College accounts may get two different types of funds, Raised and IC funds. These two types of funding are tracked separately as each type has regulations as to how they may and may not be used, although they are both held in one account.
Student Governance Council
Each year the Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Life budgets Ithaca College funds for student organization initiatives.
Academic Department
Some college departments are granted funding to be given to student organizations to support their initiatives.
Residence Hall Association
IC's Residence Hall Association brings together students who have fun making IC's residence halls a great place to live.
Fundraising
Raised funds are funds raised by a student organization by money received outside of Ithaca College.
