Schedule an Appointment
Students in the initial stages of study abroad planning are encouraged to do the following before scheduling a meeting with a study abroad adviser:
- Attend one (or more!) study abroad information sessions or other study abroad-related events, to get an overview of the options available to you. Drop-in study abroad advising sessions can also give you a head start on your study abroad planning.
- Meet with an academic adviser to discuss how study abroad fits into your academic plan. Your academic adviser, or someone in the Academic Advising Center, can help you determine when you should plan to go abroad, and which degree requirements you will need to fulfill while abroad.
Students who have met with their adviser and have attended an info session or a drop-in advising session:
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your availability for the next week, and you'll hear back from us with some possible meeting times. Also, don't forget that attending one of the drop-in advising sessions gives you the opportunity to speak directly with a study abroad adviser, and may be just what you need to get started.
