We have many opportunities available for students even if they don’t identify with a particular religious and spiritual worldview. For example, our chapel hosts weekly guided meditation on M, W, F during the noon hour. Details are available on our Mindful IC page

Absolutely, we are here to talk to you regardless of religious, spiritual, or secular worldview. Our staff is trained to listen, care, and counsel students. If you feel the need to talk to someone, we are here to listen. You can reach out to the interim Director of Religious and Spiritual Life at areid1@ithaca.edu directly or drop-in during his weekly office hours on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM EST – 2:00 PM EST available to any student, staff, and faculty no appointment necessary.

ORSL chaplains also serve as confidential resources for sexual discrimination, harassment, or assault ("Title IX").

We can help, check out our religious accommodation resource here
