We have many opportunities available for students even if they don’t identify with a particular religious and spiritual worldview. For example, our chapel hosts weekly guided meditation on M, W, F during the noon hour. Details are available on our Mindful IC page.

Absolutely, we are here to talk to you regardless of religious, spiritual, or secular worldview. Our staff is trained to listen, care, and counsel students. If you feel the need to talk to someone, we are here to listen. You can reach out to the Director of Religious and Spiritual Life at hosorto@ithaca.edu directly or drop-in during his Weekly virtual “drop-in” hours on Fridays from 2:30 PM EST – 4:30 PM EST available to any student, staff, and faculty no appointment necessary.

We also serve as confidential resources for sexual discrimination, harassment, or assault ("Title IX").

We can help, check out our religious accommodation resource here.

If you are in an emergency situation, or if this is a holiday, weekend, or after business hours and you are unsure if a student requires immediate assistance, please contact the Office of Public Safety at (607) 274-3333. To submit a bias impact reporting form click here.
