Students Gatherings Supported by ORSL

The Muslim Community
A community for students exploring their faith. Throughout the year we'll collaborate with the Muslim Life Program at Cornell. Cornell Chaplain, Yasin Ahmed is also available for students interested in Spiritual Counseling and Pastoral Care. In addition, we offer weekly Friday prayers at 1PM in Muller Chapel, supported by members of the Al-Huda Islamic Center.

The Pagan Community
Pagan community is a student-led community that discusses pagan related topics as well as help developing pagans. We are open to all beliefs and strive to make a safe community for everyone. all are welcome to experience and learn about this diverse and complex religion. Unitarian Universalist Community
A gathering of UU students and those interested in exploring the seven principles affirmed by the Unitarian Universalist Association. Students gather bi-weekly in the Phillips Room in Muller Chapel at 6:00 PM (Sept. 1, 8, 29, Oct. 13, 27, Nov. 10, Dec. 1). For more information contact student leader Jared Dobro.

Jewish Community Life

Hillel at Ithaca College
Hillel fosters a visible and positive Jewish presence on campus, participates in interfaith and multicultural activities, and functions in partnership with other organizations of the Jewish community in the Ithaca area. In building the campus community, Hillel’s goal is to foster Jewish identity, develop leaders, and enhance a commitment to Jewish life, learning and Israel. Find more about Hillel here.

Christian Community Life

Catholic Community at Ithaca College
A campus ministry of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester, New York, the Ithaca College Catholic Community is gathered around Jesus Christ and centered in the Eucharist. We pray, worship, learn and spread the Good News on campus in order to foster awareness of God’s presence, build community, develop love for creation, and integrate faith, justice and service into everyday life. Christian Community Church
A multiethnic Spirit-filled faith community that provides weekly worship services and ministry on the campus that is open to IC students, faculty, staff and members of the Ithaca community. Lighthouse Christian Fellowship
The Lighthouse Christian Fellowship a student organization is a place were IC students  gather to experience Christ in their lives and fellowship with other believers! EvenSong, Praise & Worship Wednesdays at 9:00 PM and Refuge: An Ecumenical Bible study, Thursdays at 12:15 PM in the Chapel. For more information visit us on Facebook or Instagram.

C.O.R.E. Retreat is an opportunity for students to get away from campus for a weekend and dedicate themselves to nurturing their relationships with Christ. C.O.R.E., Christians on the Road to Emmaus, is run by former attendees, giving participants a chance to reflect, renew, reconcile and recommit to Jesus, enriching their daily lives as Christians. Open to all members of the IC community.
