What is Summer Sessions?
Summer sessions at IC is three consecutive sessions, each equivalent to a 15-week semester. The sessions do not overlap and students are welcome to attend all three sessions. Because of the accelerated class schedule, students are limited to a maximum credit load per session.
Summer sessions offers a variety of undergraduate courses, ranging from liberal arts and natural sciences to business, communications, health sciences, and music. With two five-week sessions and one two-week session, you can easily plan a summer schedule that meets your needs and interests. Around 50 courses are offered fully online, allowing you to study anywhere -- on campus, at home, or while you travel.
