Bio Statement

Eudmarly Letrois Gedeon is a committed campus leader, community advocate, and Computer Science major from Haiti, minoring in Business Analytics and Data Science. Her involvement at Ithaca College reflects her commitment to cultural representation, service, and student engagement. She has given leadership as president to both the Island Fusion Dance Team and the IC Haitians Club, initiating various campus events that celebrate identity and build supportive communities for students through her dance team. As the International Relations Chair for Students Today Alumni Tomorrow (STAT), she reinforces relationships among students and alumni and the International community both on and off campus.

Her service work has a direct impact on the surrounding college community. In the past year alone, she has facilitated food pantries, assisted with blood drives, and organized clothing collections for the greater Ithaca community. Her academic excellence was acknowledged with a Newton Award, given by the Mathematics Department for excellence in Mathematics. This past summer, she worked with the Academic Support Center here at Ithaca College in efforts to facilitate a summer scholars program where she acted as a TA for the Information and Technology course.
