Bio Statement
Maxwell is a first-year student, young, and very enthusiastic. Dedicating his time to helping the community, always doing community service, and helping out wherever he can on campus. Being involved in multiple events, some of which he has attended, helped him establish a better relationship with his fellow peers. The Building Better Brothers’ Retreat. Outside of the school, Maxwell volunteers for multiple hours a week coaching track for grades K-12 at his local schools. Being involved in the school, Maxwell seeks to connect with the student body and attend events. Events that he will be attending include the Student Leadership Institute Pulse Check: The Beat of Black Heart Health(Leading A diverse World). Committed to helping others in every way possible, with a positive attitude and an inviting smile, and willing to work with others to solve problems, there isn’t a task he's unwilling to help with. He’s passionate about coaching, drawing, volunteer work, playing volleyball, and doing track and field. As a big fan of sports, Maxwell goes to support his classmates at their games, meets, and tournaments. Passionate about coaching, to inspire people around him and the youth to pursue their dreams, and leading by example, being a mentor. Volunteering is a big part always to giving back through donations and participating in community service, community service to inspire those and make an impact in the community. Passionate about building a better community by working and surrounding himself with a friendly environment, involved with the campus to make a positive impact.
What does it mean to be an IAP Scholar?
As an IAP Scholar, it’s more than just a title it’s about the helping the people in the community with enthusiasm and inclination to help. It’s important for me to be an IAP Scholar because I have a deep desire to help people. It also helps me establishbetter relationships with peers and establish a better community.
