Purchased in 2005, it has been used frequently for experimental lab courses and research projects, such as drinking water analysis, trace elements in wines, iron and calcium contents in biological glue, and etc. It features an auto sampler which can hold up to 60 samples at a time, a graphite furnace for ppb level trace analysis, and a hydride vapor generator which provides enhanced sensitivities for extremely low detection limits of specific elements.
