Dr. Justine Weber specializes in the conservation of rare plants in northeast wetlands. Her work includes the development of conservation plans and the assessment of wetland restoration projects. Justine earner her Ph.D. from SUNY-ESF in Ecology, and has taught at lecture, field and lab courses for SUNY-ESF, Hamilton College, Utica College, and most recently Colgate University,
