Stemming from a small slice of earth at the Ithaca Community Gardens, Nate has been able to marry his interests in food and agriculture into a career and business as the owner of Jersey Organics. Jersey Organics, which started in 2025, creates hot sauces using organic and NJ-grown organic ingredients. The business currently works with 8 partner organic farmers in NJ and handcrafts sauces at night in Hackettstown NJ. In addition to working with organic farm partners, Nate has signed a lease for 38 acres at a local farm to expand in-house production.
Jersey Organics products can be found online, at 10 local shops, and 4 farmers' markets across northern New Jersey.
