Ari Barmak ’27, a politics and communications strategy and design dual major, landed an internship with former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s office.
Ari collaborated with his fellow interns, to execute administrative tasks that supported office operations.“Day to day, I worked on assignments like writing biographies for people Secretary Clinton was planning to meet, archiving some of her written material, and more."
With his daily commute round trip consisting of four separate train rides, taking on this amazing internship was not without sacrifice. On IC's internship fund, Ari said "the cost of transport was much more affordable and allowed me to focus on my work with Secretary Clinton.”
