CAPS provides short-term counseling, that is free and confidential, to enrolled students who may benefit from intermittent and/or brief psychotherapy. CAPS is not able to provide clinical services for faculty and staff members of the College. Employees may seek assistance through Ithaca College's Employee Assistance Program.

Initial consultation session with a counselor will assess clinical needs, recommendations, and to identify appropriate resources.

Same Day Crisis Services for Spring 2021 are from 1:30 PM-3:30 PM (Eastern), Monday-Friday.
After-Hours On-Call Counselor
Available Monday-Friday 5 PM-8:30 AM (Eastern) and 24 hours on weekends, holidays and during closures. Call CAPS at 607-274-3136.
