CAPS provides an array of free, confidential services that are available in-person or virtual to all enrolled students.
Please note: CAPS is not able to provide clinical services for faculty and staff members of the College. Employees may seek assistance through Ithaca College's Employee Assistance Program.

Initial consultation session with a counselor will assess clinical needs, recommendations, and to identify appropriate resources

Process lived experiences, gain skills, and find support in various themed groups and workshops
