Ithaca College Theatre Presents “Red Bike”

A coming-of-age drama that explores the American Dream.

Ithaca College Theatre continues its 2021-2022 live, in person season with the play “Red Bike,” written by Caridad Svich. Presented in the McCarroll Studio Theatre, performances run select dates between March 25 – April 2, 2022.

“Red Bike” is a coming-of-age drama written by a renowned playwright and friend to Ithaca College; Caridad Svich, who was the judge for the 2020 New Play Incubator Festival. “Red Bike” takes us on a journey through the eyes of a child as they explore their imagination and their relationship with the American Dream.

Following the matinee performance on April 2 at 2 p.m., there will be a post-show discussion moderated by Production Dramaturg Andrew Donnelly ’24.

“Red Bike” is presented through special arrangement with TRW Plays. All authorized performance materials are also supplied by TRW Plays.

Ticket Information

“Red Bike” will be presented in the McCarroll Studio Theatre on March 25, March 26, March 31, April 1, and April 2 at 8 p.m. EST with matinee performances on March 26 and April 2 at 2 p.m. EST. Tickets are available for purchase Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., in person at the Dillingham Box Office located inside Dillingham Center, by phone at 607-274-3224,  or by visiting tickets.ithaca.edu.
