Nick Capodilupo '24 to Sing National Anthem at Yankee Stadium on August 18

The senior football player also sang the anthem at the 2022 Cortaca Jug game in the Bronx

At the 63rd Cortaca Jug Game at Yankee Stadium on November 12, 2022, Nick Capodilupo, a senior offensive lineman on the Ithaca College football team, delivered a breathtaking rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. It was such a tremendous performance that the New York Yankees have invited Capodilupo back to the Bronx to sing the National Anthem prior to first pitch against the Boston Red Sox on Friday, August 18 at 6:55 p.m. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.

Capodilupo, who is from Hingham, Mass., a neighboring town of Boston, is a voice performance major at Ithaca College.
