Space Management Working Group

The Ithaca College Space Management Working Group is charged with reviewing all requests for changes and/or reassignments to offices, conference rooms, lounges, meeting rooms and other spaces on campus.

The SMWG reports to the Vice President for Finance and Administration who is responsible for making final decisions about space and space utilization with the President and other senior college officials.

The Space Management Working Group is comprised of the following members of the campus community:

  • Associate Vice President, Facilities (Chair of the SMWG)- Ernie McClatchie
  • Associate Provost (Designated by Provost)- Brendan Murday
  • Associate Vice President, Auxiliary Services- Jeff Golden
  • Assistant Director of Operations, Office of Residential Life- Jenny Picket
  • Facilities Assessment, Drawing and Inventory Assistant- Ryan Swanhart
  • Information Technology Representative- Andy Hogan
  • Legal Affairs Representative- Linda Koenig

The SMWG is responsible for ensuring that Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance is factored into all requests for changes/alterations to space.
