Who: All Ithaca College staff members who are willing to listen openly, respect differing opinions, and to engage in discussion while sharing ideas and constructive feedback are encouraged to attend.
During this session we will be asking staff to answer the following questions:
- What were the major problems with the manner in which the workforce analysis was carried out in your area?
- What are some ways in which the workforce analysis could have been done differently that may have improved the process?
- What could be done now to alleviate any problems that arose as a result of the workforce analysis?
- What suggestions do you have for the Office of Human Resources as they move forward with the follow-up reviews in areas that have been impacted by the elimination of position lines?
Staff Council will be using this feedback in conjunction with the results of our December survey to guide our efforts in working with the administration and other campus partners.
