We have reached the midway point of our Campus Climate Survey process, and we need YOUR help! To date, nearly a quarter of our Ithaca College employees have elected to share their voice and contribute to this important effort - but we still have a lot of ground to cover!
The feedback you provide to us about your experiences and unique perspectives is critically important to fostering an IC community rooted in our core values where all individuals are seen, heard and empowered to pursue their personal and professional aspirations and will directly impact policies and initiatives aimed toward meeting our goal of being an employer of choice. The Campus Climate Survey remains open until Tuesday, November 14.
Over the final two weeks, many incentive prizes will be raffled off and all you need to do to become eligible is to complete the survey! On the final page of the survey, you will be prompted with a redirect link to opt-in to the incentive prize drawing, which includes a variety of gift cards, IC dining passes, IC merchandise and much more. It only takes 20-30 minutes of your time to make a lasting impact on our IC community AND earn a chance to win!
