The Library of Ensemble Music (LEM) holds and distributes music for all Center for Music major ensembles and chamber ensembles. The office is located on the first floor of the James J. Whalen Center for Music, room 1208. The music loan policy statement is available in the LEM Office.
Questions regarding lost music and folders, music and folders needing repair and music for ensemble classes should be directed to Claire Oplinger at coplinger@ithaca.edu.
Click on the LEM Holdings link, log in with your Ithaca College account, and search for the piece you are looking for. To request a piece from the LEM, please fill out the form linked below. If you have any questions, contact ensmusic@ithaca.edu and we will be happy to assist you.

Please fill out the form below to request music. You will receive an email when your request is ready for pick up.
(New as of 2026-2027) All loans where you are conducting an outside group offsite and borrowing LEM materials for the group will now require an Outside Loan Agreement. This will be emailed to you in advance of the music being ready for pick up. Please note that you or the outside organization will be responsible for replacing any lost or damaged music. Please notify the LEM Manager at least 2-4 weeks in advance of when you will need the music.
