This support group focuses on mental health, balance, and connection and offers a space for students to slow down, reflect, and talk honestly about the pressures they are navigating—academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. Each session includes a guiding theme, brief psychoeducation, and facilitated group discussion shaped by the needs and interests of those present. Topics may include stress and the body, sleep and burnout, relationships, anxiety, isolation, and building meaningful connections. While themes are offered across the series, participants are welcome to attend one or multiple sessions and may join at any point.
