National College Health Assessment for Ithaca College

Ithaca College participates in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) every 2-3 years since 2003. The NCHA is sponsored by the American College Health Association (ACHA). It has become a national standard for needs assessment research on student health issues at hundreds of colleges and universities in the U.S.

Spring 2025

Ithaca College facilitated the National College Health Assessment in Spring 2025. All undergraduate and graduate students were invited to participate in the survey via a personalized link sent from the American College Health Association (ACHA) email, ncha-web@acha.org

Additional Survey Details:

  • Online & Confidential: The survey length was 20–30 minutes to complete.
  • What It Covers: The NCHA collects information about mental health, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and more – student responses help us get an overall picture of state of students' health on our campus.
  • Survey was open between Monday February 17th through Monday March 10th, 2025
