Dr. Mike Groman has worked at Ithaca College since 2022. He began his teaching career at Saint Francis University, where he led seven courses in their physical therapy curriculum. Before teaching, Dr. Groman worked in acute care for over 20 years, fifteen of which included acting as the rehabilitation department manager. Dr. Groman sat on the hospital's pain team, specialized in emergency department cervicogenic headache and acute low back pain, cardiothoracic and pulmonary rehabilitation, as well as post-op orthopedic surgery, and wound care. Dr. Groman's passion is integrating his years of clinical patient care experience into his classroom and lab courses.
