SHIPPING PACKAGES FOR FALL 26

Between July 15 and August 1, 2026 the mail room will accept packages for all incoming/returning students. These packages will be placed in a mail locker the day before or on the day the student arrives on campus. Packages that arrive before August 1st which do not fit in mail lockers (those larger than 20x17x15) will be pre-placed in the students’ rooms. Once we receive a package, the student will receive an email letting them know we have it, and once we make the final delivery (either to a locker or their room), the student will receive another email. Read those email carefully as they will have instructions as to how to access packages in lockers!

 For it to work, the words “Incoming Student" or "Returning Student” MUST be added to the name line, or on their own line

 e.g. Pat Smith Incoming Student

“Incoming/Returning Student” is the only way we know to hold the package, as the finalized housing lists are not available to mail services at that time. 

Please do not send any packages after the July 15-August 1 timeframe until no more than a day or two before the student arrives. Any such packages received after August 1st and not just before the student arrives will be held at the mail room and need to be picked up there.
