All letter mail is available for pickup at the Shipping Window by the Campus Store. All packages will be delivered to the student QTrak locker boxes.
How do I know I have a letter or package?
You will receive an email from QTrak. Read it carefully to determine whether you need to pick up a letter, or if you have a package in a mail locker.
How do I retrieve my letter or package?
LETTERS: You will need to pick up your letter at the Shipping Window, which is located just down the hall from the Campus Store.
PACKAGES: The email you receive includes a 5 digit code. Go to the mail lockers for your area, go to the kiosk, and enter your code. A locker will pop open, and you can retrieve your package. NOTE: ALWAYS CHECK THE LOCKER FOR OTHER PACKAGES. IF YOU RECEIVE MULTIPLE PACKAGES WE WILL OFTEN PUT THEM IN THE SAME LOCKER. ONCE YOU CLOSE THE LOCKER, THE SYSTEM THINKS YOU HAVE PICKED UP ALL THE PACKAGES, AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-OPEN THE LOCKER. IF THIS HAPPENS, SEND AN EMAIL TO icmailservice@ithaca.edu
