Ten Seniors Recognized for Contributions to Ithaca College Campus

Ten Ithaca College seniors have been honored with Campus Life Awards, recognizing their contributions to the Ithaca College community through participation and involvement in campus life.

This year’s recipients are Elijah Breton, Matthew Dankanich, Lisa Famularo, Samantha Guter, Kyle James, Sabrina Knight, Marlowe Padilla, Emily Quinn, Dominick Recckio and Natalie Reed.

The students received their awards at a ceremony on May 21, the evening prior to Commencement.

“I am very proud to receive this award,” said recipient Lisa Famularo, who during her time at Ithaca College served as a student leadership consultant for the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs, a peer career advisor in the Office of Career Services and assistant director of IC Project Sunshine. “It’s a validation that all of the time and effort that I put into helping student’s on IC’s campus have a better college experience has paid off.”

Campus Life Award winners are nominated by faculty, staff or students. Eligible students must have been extensively involved in a number of areas of campus life and demonstrated significant leadership abilities and accomplishments.
