All-College Tenure and Promotion Committee

The committee is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the documentation submitted by the candidate, department/planning unit and/or school personnel committee(s), department chair, and dean regarding a recommendation on tenure and/or promotion.

Tenure and tenure/promotion recommendations are due to the Provost's Office (All-College Tenure and Promotion Committee) by October 28, 2024.

Decisions for tenure and tenure/promotion cases will be decided at the February Board of Trustees meeting and promotion cases at the May Board meeting. To give all reviewers ample time to review files, the following deadlines will be used for the 2024-2025 review process.

October 28, 2024

Due date for submission of the file to Provost's Office for T&P Committee consideration. Files are to be submitted only after the candidate has had the opportunity to request to submit additional information or to appeal (3 days after the candidate received the letter from the dean.)

December 9, 2024
