All-College Tenure and Promotion Committee

The committee is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the documentation submitted by the candidate, department/planning unit and/or school personnel committee(s), department chair, and dean regarding a recommendation on tenure and/or promotion.

Tenure and tenure/promotion recommendations are due from Deans to the Provost's Office (All-College Tenure and Promotion Committee) by October 27, 2025.

Decisions for tenure and tenure/promotion cases will be decided at the February Board of Trustees meeting and promotion cases at the May Board meeting. To give all reviewers ample time to review files, the following deadlines will be used for the 2025-2026 review process.
