Monthly Open Virtual Drop-In Space:

Mandi Zucker, founder and President of Inner Harbor (an organization for College Students experiencing grief) hosts virtual open drop in hours for anyone in the Ithaca College Community each month. These one-hour, virtual sessions are for our community only, and are always the second Monday of the month at 9 AM.

Workshop: How to Support Grieving Students on Campus
Join us for a  1.5 hour in person training for staff and faculty entitled, “How to Support Grieving Students on Campus” scheduled on March 7th from 11 AM to 12:30 PM in the Muller Chapel followed by free lunch. RSVP HERE.

Support Groups
Our friends at Hospicare offer a free online grief support group open to anyone. Registration is required. Contact Laura Ward via email. For Cortland and Tompkins Residents. This group is for anyone 18 years of age or older grieving a loss, regardless of when the death occurred. Visit the Hospicare calendar for a list of local events and grief support groups.
