The Upper and Lower Quads are located on the east side of the Academic Quad to either side of the Fitness Center. The Quads feature single and double rooms, as well as a limited number of special use apartments.
- Upper Quad (closest to the Towers) includes Hilliard, Holmes, Hood, Rowland, and Tallcott Halls.
- Lower Quad includes: Bogart, Clarke, Eastman, Landon, and Lyon Halls.
Each Quad residence hall has TV and study lounges, a kitchen, a vending area, laundry facilities, shared (single-gender) bathrooms, and stairwell balconies. Select buildings provide for ADA access. Please note, no Upper or Lower Quad buildings have elevators.
Three Quad apartments are first made available to students with special housing needs and sometimes are available to students through the wait list request process. Each Quad apartment has furniture, a full bathroom, a kitchen with an electric range and full-size refrigerator, and built-in closets. The bedroom is complete with a twin XL bed (mattress is 36" x 80" x 7"), a study desk and chair, and dresser for each resident.
