All first-year students will join either a Theme-Based Living community centered on shared passions or a Residential Learning Community (RLC) that connects your living and learning experiences. All continuing students may request a RLC as well!
Both options help you build friendships, find support, and create a home away from home—just in different ways. Theme-Based Living brings together students who share your hobbies and interests, while RLCs combine residential life with academic exploration and faculty connections.
No matter which path you choose, you'll be part of a close-knit community from day one, making it easier to navigate college life and form lasting connections with peers who share your interests.
