The Towers, featuring single and double rooms, are located on the south side of the Academic Quad and are the most visible landmarks on the Ithaca College campus.
Each Tower is complete with two elevators, a TV lounge, a kitchen, vending area, and laundry facilities. There is also a study lounge on each floor.
Floors in the Towers are all gender with multiple single-use bathrooms. Each floor houses between 13 to 27 residents including a Resident Assistant (RA).
