  * Pre-Trip Travel Spending Authorization Form (formerly known as "TAF")
     - $0 are pre-approved for your IC Trip.
     - Contact your Administrative Assistant to schedule a walk-through of current fiscal policies (e.g., how to obtain funding, eligible trip expenses, etc.). 
     - New Policy:  "Airbnb" accommodations are not permitted to be covered by IC funds.
     - Reminder:  Open up the Firefox web browser on your computer prior to logging into IC Cloud.

  * Post-Trip Travel Expense Report (TER)
    - Request and save ALL itemized receipts for trip expenses.
    - 
Upon return from your trip, please ask for assistance from your Administrative Assistant.  
    - For faster travel expense reimbursement, sign up for EFT (electronic funds transfer).   

Overnight Student Travel
