Katrina serves as the Associate Director of Experiential Learning & Employer Engagement in the Center for Career Exploration & Development. In this role, she cultivates and maintains partnerships with employers, community organizations, and alumni to expand experiential learning and career opportunities for Ithaca College students. She also oversees on-campus student employment initiatives and supervises the office's Peer Career Advisors.
Katrina joined the CCED team in September 2024 as the Career Engagement Specialist for the School of Music, Theatre & Dance and brings a background in education, youth development, and the arts. She is passionate about helping students connect classroom learning with professional practice and views experiential learning as a powerful tool for self-discovery — helping students better understand both what they do and do not want as they explore possible career paths.
