Program Deadlines and Requirements

Entertainment and media management MBA

Candidates for the Entertainment and Media Management MBA must meet the minimum standards for undergraduate preparation.

All applicants are required to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE). This requirement is waived for students who:

  • have graduated (or who will graduate) from an AACSB-accredited business school;
  • have completed the equivalent of Ithaca College's pre-MBA minor; and
  • have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the end of the fall semester of senior year.

An official electronic transcript from each college or university attended should be sent to admission@ithaca.edu by the registrar using the sending institution’s secure electronic submission system. Transcripts sent from a personal email are not official. If an official electronic transcript cannot be provided, an official paper transcript may be sent to:

  • If you are a current Ithaca College student, your Ithaca College transcript will be provided to the Office of Admission automatically. However, you must request official transcripts from any other collegiate institutions you have attended, regardless of whether you received college credit from those institutions.

Candidates for the MS in Accounting must meet the minimum standards for undergraduate preparation.

All applicants are required to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). This requirement is waived for students:
