This is Ally’s second year in the Park Scholar program, and she is thrilled to be continuing her community service and leadership roles in the Ithaca community. During the 2025-2026 academic year, she participated in ICTV as the station’s Director of Publicity, overseeing the station’s social media accounts, creating graphics and guiding 30+ media managers to online success. Ally also served as a Classroom Assistant for Television Production and Direction (TVR 225), as well as working on campus as an Admission Host. This summer, Ally had an internship working in food and beverage advertising, serving as a Creative intern at Allebach Communications in Souderton, Pennsylvania. She helped create advertising concepts, shoot content in-studio, and utilize her graphic design skills to create social media content for clients. This semester, Ally is continuing her passions as an Admission Host and has started a new position as the Social Media & Marketing Manager for Ithaca College’s Center for Career Exploration and Development. Ally is also the Graphics Producer of Newswatch Thursday . She prepares all graphics for the weekly show, assists with filming and editing of reporter packages, and troubleshoots technology issues during the thirty-minute live show. She practices her passion for singing by being a member of the Ithaca College Choir, an on-campus audition choir that performs a wide variety of choral music in and outside of campus. Ally volunteers weekly at Ithaca’s McGraw House, where she assists residents with their technology-related issues. Ally also volunteers independently with Ithaca’s Sciencenter. Ally is passionate about providing educational opportunities to growing minds, and she is overjoyed that she can give her time to causes that reflect that.
