Rohan is enthusiastically joining the Park Scholar program as a Television, Photography, and Digital Media Production major. Rohan is excited to be involved with ICTV’s sketch comedy show, South Hill Live, and In The Stu, a radio-TV collaboration featuring local musicians. Rohan is experienced with songwriting and audio recording, and they have a minor in audio production. They enjoy anything and everything comedy and music, in and outside of the classroom. Rohan is also passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for kids. At home, they served as a volunteer intern for The Front Porch, a local Americana music organization. Rohan’s role was to facilitate an after-school music program in collaboration with the YMCA at an elementary school. They also collaborated with the Fine Arts Curriculum Coordinator at Albemarle County Public Schools to design a website as an internal resource for arts teachers across the county. Now, they volunteer to support children’s programs at the Ithaca Children’s Garden and The Village.
