Poma will be attending Indiana University Bloomington, pursuing an MFA in dramaturgy. He is graduating with two BAs: one in English and one in Theater Studies. To combine the two, he has been completing an honors thesis looking at queer theatre history, specifically investigating the manifestation and usage of melancholia and joy.
While at Ithaca, he has been involved with the New Voices Festival, SigTD’s executive committee, the Graphic Novel Advisory Board, served as the President of the Macabre Theatre Ensemble, and has worked on many other independent theater projects across campus.
